     Several Beaches can be found around Canakkale.

Beaches in Canakkale City Center

     There are a few beaches in the city center. For chrystal clear waters of Agean sea and Canakkale we recommend you following beaches;

Guzelyali Beach

     Guzelyali as being one of the resort villages of Canakkale is just 15 Km away from Canakkale city center. Public transportation is available from Canakkale city center to Guzelyali.

     International Youth Camp’s beach which is at the end of Guzelyali and Canakkale Onsekiz Mart Universities Camp in Dardonos are the 2 nice beaches in Guzelyali which are open to public for a entrance fee. Several catering facilities are availiable in both beaches.

Kabatepe Beach

     Kabatepe offers an impressive beach and chrystal clear waters with several catering facilities. In order to reach Kabatepe from Canakkale, first take ferries to Eceabat, which departs every hour on the hour and takes 25 minutes to pass. Then take the midi busses waiting on the ferry jetty square of Eceabat It would take maximum 20 minutes to reach the Kabatepe beach with the midi busses.

Bozcaada Beaches

     Bozcaada offers fantastic beaches, may be one of the best in Turkey. The beauty of the crystal clear waters and lovely beaches will stimulate your praise to the imressive nature of Bozcaada. Some of the well-known beaches of the island can be stated as Ayazma cove, Sulubahce cove, and Habbeli cove

Assos Beaches

     Assos offers chrystal clear wonderful beaches. The spectacular sunset in Assos is always worth to see. Assos is also good for scuba diving and snorkelling with several rocks and fishes.

Saros Beaches

     After Kabatepe Beach, if you drive about 10 km to the North direction in the Gallipoli Peninsula Historical National Park , you will experience several wonderful hidden beaches, may be one of the best beaches you would swim ever. Some of the nice spots are Kucuk Kemikli Beach, 15 Km after Anzac Cove Buyuk Kemikli Beach and so on.
