Gallipoli Peninsula Historical National Park can be considered as one of the most important places of Canakkale. The area is quite wide and it is hard to perform a full tour without vehicle since the complete length of the Gallipoli Peninsula Historical National Park is around 100 Km.
There are mini-busses going to the North Part of the Gallipoli Peninsula which stops at the Grand Turkish Memorial. These mini busses departs from Kilitbahir village. On the other hand, there are midi-busses going to the Kabatepe Harbour, which is located on the north part of the Gallipoli Peninsula. Anzac Cove is about 5 km away from the Kabatepe Harbour. Beside the Kabatepe Harbour, there is a lovely beach called ‘Kabatepe Beach’ with several camping and restaurant facilities.
We strongly recommend you to take one of the regular tours to the Gallipoli Battlefileds.
