Individual Reservations:
After sending this form you will get an approval regarding the availability & rates in 24 hours. Next, Anzac Hotel reservation department will ask for your confirmation with regards to your detailled reservation request. Doing so, a credit card authorisation form will be sent for your approval. You can send your details via fax to ( 00 90 286 2172018 ) or e-mail as an attachment to info@anzachotel.com.

The credit card details will be kept in order to secure your reservation request and the hotel holds the right to charge your credit card details if needed. Cancellations 24 hours before check in date is free of charge, otherwise one night charge applies. Please note that if you are sure that you would check in the hotel before 4 P.M. , it is not necessary to provide your credit card details. In this case, please just confirm your reservation request with your approximate arrival time and provide us your mobile phone number if possible.

Group Reservations:
For group reservations, it is advised to fill the webmail form for your reservation request in order to state your flexible room distribution and total number of people.
For group reservations one night charge would be deducted as a deposit and reservation cancellations after 15 days before check in date is non refundable. For Group reservation filling the credit card authorisation form is compulsory.

Anzac Day Period Reservations:
For Anzac Day Period reservations (April 21-27), the total amount would be charged from you credit card details and the charged total amount is non-refundable in case of cancellations. For Anzac Day Period reservations, filling the credit card authorisation form is compulsory.

Your credit card details will be kept strickly confidential, and is going to be terminated after check out. Your personal details will be kept strickly confidential to any other third parties.
